107 duos, including sacred and secular bicinia with texts in Latin, Italian, German and French, and textless duos. No. 29 was not used, while No. 108 is a tricinium.
The collection begins with a series of French chansons (Nos. 1-42).
The series of duos with Latin texts (Nos. 43-76) is introduced by the rubric «SEQVVNTUR LATINA».
The series of duos with German texts (Nos. 77-102) is introduced by the rubric «SEQVVNTVR GERMANICA». It must be underlined that here «Germanica» means both with German texts and by German composers.
Finally, there is a series of canons a 2-8 parts: «FVGAE 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 8. VOCVM.
The table of contents lists 109 numbers because one entry (29) was not used, and No. 108 is a 3.
